Are you accountable?

Everyone is going to make a bad decision.  It’s human nature, but…

1.  When you make a good decision, let it speak for itself.  You gain nothing by constantly patting yourself on the back.  Let someone else do it for you.

2. When you make a bad decision, be accountable for your actions.  You gain respect by owning up to your mistake.  Just make sure that you learn from whatever it was.  (sign of intelligence) 

Remember, no matter what your decision, it was made by you!
