Shhhhh…turn everything off.  Your phone.  The Television.  Your Tablet.  Find a quite spot.  Now stop and listen for a couple of minutes.  Clear your mind and take notice of what happens from that point forward.

You’ll Find “IT”!  What is IT?  “IT” is your:

• Sanity
• Serenity
• Peace
• Next Big Idea
• Passion
• True Calling
• Clarity
• Stability

Please understand the POWER of silence and what it can do to bring you back to an equal state.  When I am feeling overwhelmed…this is where I go.  It’s like re-booting your computer.

Shhhh…now go find “IT”.
