I am taking the rest of today to re-organize my life!
Every now and then I start to feel like things are starting to get out of control. It may be that I am taking on too much at work, outside of work or in my personal life. Either way, I use a day like today to write down everything that I have to do. I look at the importance of each element that I write down, discard everything that doesn’t need to be on the list and then prioritize everything that’s left.
The results are peace of mind! Give this a try sometime when you start to feel things get out of control.
