What’s Wrong With Monday? Poor Monday!

It is Monday!  Many people place a negative connotation on this…the first day of the week.  I am not going to even ask WHY…I have heard it since I was old enough to communicate.  “Monday’s suck!”  But, there is really no merit to hating poor old Monday, unless…maybe you are unhappy with your career.  (Or if this is the case, you would be calling it a JOB right now!)

Which One Is It?

So, let’s ask ourselves right now.  Are you happy that it is Monday or are you unhappy that it is Monday?  If you are unhappy, you might want to look at your Monday destination.  I know, I know…but, I don’t have much choice, do I Phillip?  I have to pay the bills, I have kids, a mortgage, rent and food to buy.  Well, don’t you think there are people, such as myself that actually enjoy their career and are actually paying for the same things…bills etc…  I think you know the solution to this problem.  You may not like it, but unless you just enjoy being miserable and unless you enjoy picking on poor Monday, then you may need to start preparing to be happy in another career.

Take Back Monday!

Here is what I am going to start doing since poor Monday is so hated.  I am going to start singing Monday’s praises…Monday will now be celebrated!  Monday will now be a super hero to be photographed by the paparazzi.  Monday will now be “The Most Interesting Day In The World!”

As I am singing its praises, I will also think to myself how lucky I am to be able to enjoy another day.

Let’s Take Back Monday!!!!

Monday, Friday, Saturday, ANY day is a good day that you wake up and get to face the day. The alternative is not good…..even if it is a bad day, make the best of it, move on and challenge yourself to make tomorrow a better one.
