Tuesday: 16 Hour Work Day – 1 Hour Family Time – 7 Hours Sleep
Wednesday: 12 Hour Work Day – 1 Hour 15 Minute Work Out – 2 Hours Family Time – 8 Hours Sleep
Why do I bother showing you my daily routine as of Monday? Well, if I can place family time, workouts and a healthy sleep schedule into ridiculous hours, I know you can. Don’t forget about bettering yourself and the life of your family! It is important to fit that into your daily schedule.

Tuesday: 2 hrs. teaching yoga; 1 1/2 hours R/T commute; 9 hr. workday; 1 hr. lifting weights; 45 minutes with friends; 35 minutes dog training; 30 minutes doing chores; and 7 hours snuggly sleep with my pooch.
Pretty typical day…
