October is a scary month! Halloween, scary movies, lack of sun making people pale…(sorry for that last one). Since it is a creepy month, why not do something scary? Attack that which you are afraid of!
Everyone has personal fears. Everyone also has strength. So, take this month as an opportunity to choose one thing that is holding you back…fear of accomplishment, fear of speaking in front of people or whatever fear you know is getting in the way of a better you. Then Attack It!!!!
Do this by writing down what scares you, then right underneath that…write down your step by step, day by day plan to attack it. Your goal of overcoming this fear should be accomplished by the end of the month.
This year, October won’t be as scary.
