The Black Hat Chronicles: Food Truck Heaven

As a part of my Journey To 4.0, I am trying to balance my personal and professional life equally.  So, to make sure that I do this…I am going to chronicle both aspects.

Today, Angela and I met our friends out at the Lake Mary Art Festival.  What a blast!  We had an opportunity to say hello to some folks as well as take a trip down “Food Truck Lane”.  There had to be about 10 trucks there all serving up different types of cuisine…yes I said cuisine.  The food was that good.  From Thai food to dessert…there was pretty much everything.  Check out this Sunday’s video edition of Journey To 4.0 or “The Black Hat Chronicles:  Food Truck Heaven”

(The Food Truck Generators Are Loud…Sorry)

What do we think of the Food Trucks?  Thumbs Up!  PLEASE…head on over to Facebook and like some of the trucks we sampled today and I will see you on the next Journey To 4.0.

The Food Truck Bazaar is great! Titusville hosted it twice and the Food Network show “Food Truck Wars” is going to be in Titusville this month. They say there will be over 40 trucks there.
