…“What have I done?” “Well, ME”… ( I really do talk to myself ) You have consulted with the best nutritionist you could find ( THE INTERNET ). Hired the best trainers your money could buy! ( MY WIFE ) …and you have successfully reached your initial goal set for yourself early.
I ASK MYSELF ANOTHER QUESTION
“So this means you can cruise right into 4.0 (FORTY) since you have hit your goals right? “Ummmmmm…NOPE!”
I believe in starting strong and finishing strong. This means 2 1/2 more months of 5 to 6 days a week workouts. I have done it for the past 9 months. I can’t stop now. I really hope you have been taking your own Journey. No matter what it is, life is too damn short to waste any more time. I saw this quote the other day at a furniture store that I fell in love with. “Find something you would die for and live for it!” If you have heard it before, I hope it hit you the same way. If not, take a moment to let it soak in. I DID!
