Tip The King and Reset The Board

In chess, sometimes you just have to lay the King down and concede the game.  I have officially put the king on its side for 2015.  But that doesn’t mean I am going to quit playing.  2015 was just a better player than I was and that’s okay.  I shake your hand 2015 and for the next two weeks I will be resetting the board.

As for my next game?  2016 I feel sorry for you, as I believe I can beat you in 4 simple moves.  I promise you this, I will not be tipping my King over next year.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, but I would advise you to think about how you have been playing the game of life.  Be cognizant of your successes and your failures.  Learn from them both.  Like many people have written before me…”You win some and you lose some, but if you are not playing the game, you can’t win.”  I agree.
