Okay…I am over the automated telephone system. Mr Business (Officially for this post, Bank of America), if you want to make your customers happy, try answering the phone without sending them through a MAZE of automated prompts. Oh and by the way, when I finally got through to someone human, it was the wrong department…TWICE. THE WRONG DEPARTMENT??? Even after I answered your 52 “DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC” questions.
Let this be a lesson for all companies in the future. There is nothing that can replace good old-fashioned customer service. Give me a human, will ya!
