What happens if you don’t? They ask you one more time and if you don’t answer again…they think you are ignoring them and they go away!

I see it all too often on people’s Facebook pages. Customers or Potential Customers will ask questions on their wall, “buying signals”, and then there is no response. This is a huge mistake and can cost businesses a lot of money in terms of lost revenue.
