It’s simple…in life when someone asks you a question.  Don’t you answer?

What happens if you don’t?  They ask you one more time and if you don’t answer again…they think you are ignoring them and they go away!

Are you ignoring your customer or potential customer when they ask you a question?  If so, you will Lose…your competitor is listening!

    Very true! The customer wants to know that they have your ear and that you view them as a priority.

      I see it all too often on people’s Facebook pages. Customers or Potential Customers will ask questions on their wall, “buying signals”, and then there is no response. This is a huge mistake and can cost businesses a lot of money in terms of lost revenue.
