Im Your Ad Guy

What’s your vice? Moderate your life!

We hear it all the time, don’t eat fried foods, don’t drink alcohol, don’t drink sodas, sugar is bad for you, don’t chew your fingernails, sweets are bad for you, too much beef will cause a heart attack, coffee stunts your growth etc.  Everyone has something that they do that is “in normal circles” considered bad for them!  So what’s your vice?

Since a vice is considered to be a “bad habit”, you might want to consider your answer for a minute.  Who defines what is bad?  The Government, Doctors, The Drug Companies, The Chicken Industry, The Bottled Water Companies or maybe even the Health Food Stores.  Let’s see…each one of them is out to take your hard-earned dollar bills.  Here is the truth to this situation…”Big Business Defines” and “Competition Creates” what is considered to be a vice when it comes to your lives!

Know yourself and acknowledge your weaknesses.  This will help you avoid the real culprit in life “ADDICTION”.

Just take it easy on everything that you enjoy in life.  Keep your love of specific things from becoming an addiction.  Avoiding addiction to “food and sodas” will keep you from becoming obese.  Avoiding addiction to “alcoholic beverages or drugs”  will keep you from death.  See where I am going with this.  Moderation is the key.

Although I am not a doctor or a specialists of some sort of life study, I think it is really clear and simple, moderate your life and you will be fine!

Moderation is the key to everything in life. This is something I have learned in the past year or so. I have totally changed my relationship with food due to moderation. I enjoy a little of everything I love now, and never feel guilty!

I have watched your success, so you have mastered moderation in one part of your life and it has spilled over in to other facets. A little will power goes a long way!
